Editing: You Shoot, We Edit
There are a lot of people out there shooting video. Everyone's got a camera. They're everywhere. But who has the time to edit the footage? That's where we come in. We can make a promo video out of your gig and practise footage (both analogue and digital).
We also provide more straight forward editing services. If you've shot footage to sync with your record, give us the footage and the record and we'll give you an edited video. Simple.

Baptist - War
This video was made from practise and gig footage recorded on analogue Hi8 and Mini Dv tape and also dvd, with various bits of the bands artwork digitised by us and cut into the sequence. It is based around one performance of the song, in a practise studio, which provides the soundtrack. The rest of the video, which is made up of slightly different versions of the song at different speeds, was cut in around it, where we could get it to sync nicely. Ideally everyone would play to a click track and we wouldn't have these problems, but as is shown here, so long as there is a video with matching soundtrack to use as a base, they can be overcome.

This video was shot by a fellow professional to sync to a cd recording of the track and brought to us on Mini Dv tape, with that recording for editing.

An important note is that of the soundtrack. When pulling together many different performances and practises, the versions are rarely played at the same speed. Thus, it is important to have one version of the song filmed with a decent soundtrack which can be used as a base, or to film a practise session playing along to a cd recording, which can be used as the soundtrack. This way, if there are parts where no other footage will fit in, there is always a video track which matches the audio to fall back on.
